Pre-Cleaning Instructions

Clear the area around your gutters
: Make sure that the ground near your gutters, including walkways and garden areas, is free of any obstacles, debris, or personal items. This will allow our team to access the gutters without interference.
Secure valuables and fragile items
: If you have delicate items, such as outdoor lighting, statues, or garden ornaments near the gutters, please secure or move them out of harm’s way.
Ensure accessibility: Ensure that all areas around the gutters are accessible, especially if ladders or other equipment will be needed to reach higher levels of your home..

Inspect roof shingles: If there are any loose shingles or roofing materials, please address these beforehand or notify us, as they can affect the cleaning process.

Check for blockages: If you’ve noticed specific areas where your gutters tend to clog (such as around downspouts), let us know so we can give extra attention to those areas.
Move vehicles: If you have any vehicles parked near your home that could block access to the gutters, please move them to another area before the cleaning service begins.

Gutter guards or screens: If you have gutter guards or screens installed, please let us know, as these may need additional attention or could require a slightly different cleaning approach.
Pets and children: Keep pets and children away from areas where ladders or cleaning equipment will be used for safety reasons.
