Clear the area: Remove any furniture, outdoor décor, or other items from the areas to be pressure washed. This includes furniture, planters, rugs, and toys. This helps avoid damage and allows us to reach all surfaces.
Secure fragile items: If you have delicate items like outdoor lights, ornaments, or statues, please move or secure them to prevent potential damage during the washing process.
Ensure accessibility: Ensure all areas that need pressure washing are easily accessible. Move any vehicles, trash cans, or other obstructions that may block access to driveways, patios, sidewalks, or exterior walls.
Pets and children: Keep pets and children inside or away from the cleaning area while the pressure washing is in progress for their safety.
Close windows and doors: Ensure that all windows, doors, and vents near the pressure washing area are closed and sealed to prevent water from entering the home or building.
Driveways and Sidewalks: Remove any vehicles, bikes, or other obstacles. If there are any oil stains or other heavy grime, let us know so we can apply special treatment to those areas.
Decks and Patios: Clear the area of furniture, plants, rugs, or anything else that could be in the way of the pressure washing.
Fences: If you’re having a fence pressure washed, ensure that there are no obstructions like plants or items leaning against it.
Sensitive surfaces: If you have any delicate surfaces (such as soft wood, painted surfaces, or older materials), please inform us in advance so we can adjust the pressure settings or avoid those areas as needed.
Power and water sources: If we need to connect to a power source or water spigot, please make sure the areas are accessible and the outlets are working.
Scheduled timing: Pressure washing can be noisy, so if you have specific hours you would prefer the work to be done, please let us know ahead of time.
