Pre-Cleaning Instructions
Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth preparation for your upcoming Residential Window Cleaning service. Taking these steps will help avoid additional fees, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact our office!
General
Clear window sills, ledges, and surrounding areas of any clutter, debris, or personal items.
Ensure access to all windows, both inside and outside, is clear.
Secure any valuables or fragile items near windows.
Unlock any windows that need cleaning (including second-story or hard-to-reach windows).
Keep pets and children away from areas where the cleaners will be working to avoid distractions and ensure safety.
Exterior Windows
Move vehicles away from the windows and the immediate cleaning area.
If you have screens, please remove them beforehand, or let us know if you'd like us to clean them as part of the service.
Interior Windows
Remove or secure any items on windowsills, such as knick-knacks, plants, or candles.
Additional Notes
If you're expecting a specific cleaning type, such as screens, tracks, or mirrors, kindly confirm when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
For safety, please ensure no one is standing near the windows when cleaning begins.
